You’ll gain an insight into all departments, including Accounting, Human Resources and Public Relations, and will assist your colleagues with their daily tasks. A strong practical focus ensures a diverse and varied training programme. You may even have the chance to lead your own trainee projects as part of your training at Student Service Organisation Chemnitz-Zwickau. For example, our trainees run their own Instagram channel.

During your three-year apprenticeship at Student Service Organisation Chemnitz-Zwickau, you will learn how to plan, set up and maintain complex IT systems. Right from the start, you’ll play an active role in exciting projects – from setting up new workstations and managing servers and networks to helping colleagues with technical queries.

You’ll gain insights into various IT areas, such as network technology, system administration and IT security, and learn how hardware and software work together optimally. The focus is always on practical experience: you’ll be guided step by step towards working independently and can apply your knowledge directly in your day-to-day work.

During your training, you’ll also have the chance to carry out your own projects – for example, setting up new IT systems or optimising digital work processes. Our trainees take on responsibility, contribute their own ideas and develop into true IT professionals.
