Refurbishment of the hall of residence at Innere Schneeberger Straße 23, Building 1

We are delighted that, with the help of the “Junges Wohnen” programme, our hall of residence at Innere Schneeberger Straße 23, Building 1, has been undergoing modernisation since the start of the 2025 summer term.

The aim of the modernisation is to create a student hall of residence that meets today’s requirements in terms of both construction and design, comprising mainly self-contained studio flats, but also two-person accommodation units.

The reopening of the hall of residence is planned for the 2026/27 winter semester. You can already apply for this hall of residence.
