What options do you have for putting up notices, displaying leaflets and carrying out other promotional activities in our canteens and cafeterias?

They are therefore the point of contact for:

  • any form of advertising

  • the display of leaflets

  • the display of posters

  • the organisation of promotional campaigns

  • the operation of sales/information stands

  • the distribution of gifts, etc.

The use of our premises for marketing purposes is generally subject to a fee!

No marketing activities are currently planned in the Elzenberg Mensa at the Cooperative State University in Glauchau.

How do student leaflet stands and promotional campaigns work?

Free flyer displays or poster campaigns by students are only permitted following prior registration directly with the canteen management (see contact details below), and only for initiatives recognised by the student body. You can check whether your initiative is included on the regularly updated lists provided by the StuRa Chemnitz and the StuRa Zwickau.

In Glauchau, individual enquiries are welcome, as no such lists currently exist there. Smaller student poster displays or flyer displays will be assessed and decided on a case-by-case basis within the university context as required.

Requests for display spaces and poster displays, e.g. as promotional campaigns for student affairs, cultural events, etc., are, however, only possible for student initiatives via CAMPUSdirekt!

We ask that you refrain from unauthorised postering, graffiti and similar activities, particularly as many outdoor spaces do not belong to us and must be reported by us to the relevant authorities.
