We're in the running: Most Vegan-Friendly Cafeteria of 2026

This year, the StraNa canteen and cafeteria impressed with its vegan options, scoring 92 out of 100 points. It therefore came third in “PETA’s 2026 Canteen Ranking”.

This ranking identifies the most vegan-friendly canteens in Germany; to this end, they contacted both the umbrella organisation of the German Student Services Association and all 57 German student services organisations. A total of 57 establishments were assessed using a points system ranging from 0 to 100. Alongside two other student services organisations, our “Mensa & Cafeteria StraNa” came in at a fantastic third place.

We’re very proud of this achievement and hope we can continue to live up to these high standards.
