Please email us in advance to book a personal appointment. Appointments last around 45 minutes, so we do not offer walk-in appointments.
We're here to support you when you're feeling the pressure to perform, stressed, or emotionally overwhelmed. You'll learn how to manage these challenges and develop practical strategies for achieving greater balance and well-being in your daily life.
You reflect on yourself by asking questions such as “Who am I?”, “Who do I want to be?”, and “How do I want to live?” This helps you develop inner confidence and get to know yourself better.
We’ll work together to tackle issues such as self-doubt and insecurity. We’ll help you deal with these challenges and build your confidence.
Whether it’s test anxiety, fear of making decisions, worries about the future, FOMO or social anxiety—you’ll learn to identify your fears and manage them more effectively. The aim is to remain able to take action even under pressure.
During crises and emotionally challenging situations, we provide a safe space where you can find relief. You can sort through your feelings and thoughts and develop new perspectives to help you get through the situation.
We explore how to build meaningful, long-term relationships with others, and how to nurture and maintain those relationships. We also help you find your own balance between family life, independent living and various social contexts.
You’ll gain a clearer understanding of your interests and strengths. Together, we’ll explore your next steps regarding university, starting your career, and other important decisions for the future.
Through our counselling and coaching services, we take an approach that builds on your existing resources and skills, helping you to use them to overcome challenges and navigate difficult or stressful situations. In other words, we support you in applying or developing your own desire for change and your problem-solving abilities so that you can successfully overcome your challenges and build or restore stability.
Our services are available to you in person, online via video conference, or by telephone.
We currently offer psychological counselling in the following formats:
We’ll meet in a private setting in a counselling room where you can speak freely and without being interrupted.
Exercise fosters creativity. People who take a walk in the fresh air—or have just done so—find it easier to think outside their usual routines. This means it becomes easier to intuitively assess experiences or situations and draw conclusions from them. Not every interim result needs to be perceived as correct or final. Leaps of thought or shifts in perspective are more readily accepted, which helps us recognise even unfeasible solutions as a step towards a better understanding of the problem. And above all, the situation and circumstances are perceived as changeable. An open future comes into view. How wonderful would it be to be able to live exactly like that? This question lies at the heart of the concept behind our counselling walks. Outdoors and on the move, we discuss life situations, problem constellations, concerns, or desires for change.
You can describe your situation via email or a brief phone call and outline your issue, your thoughts, and your emotions—in short, your situation. Following this, we will compile professionally selected information, book chapters, worksheets, or links to help you continue exploring your issues on your own and begin searching for solutions. You will receive these materials via email. This service is designed to help you help yourself across a wide range of topics, allowing you to engage in a focused way with yourself and the issues that are meaningful and important to you. Additionally, this approach is intended to provide you—especially if you are an international student—with German or English vocabulary to describe your inner world. Of course, we are available to assist you again as you follow up on your reading and reflection.
Coaching goes beyond mere conversation. Change comes about through conscious experience, feeling and active engagement. Through practical interventions, internal processes are set in motion, new perspectives are opened up, and experiences are gained that enable change in everyday life. The focus is on the sustainable integration of new insights into concrete steps for action. The aim is not only to understand personal development but also to put it into practice in a tangible and effective way.
