Office hours for housing Chemnitz from 01.12.2021 only by prior appointment

Dear Tenants,

the Housing Department will not be offering office hours from 01.12.2021 until further notice.

If you are having social issue or questions regarding German authorities or offical procedures such as:

- German broadcasting contribution ("Rundfunkbeitrag"),
- registration/deregistration/renewal of residence,
- second residence tax,
- social conflicts in the hall of residence,
- welcome money ("Begrüßungsgeld"),
- benefits,

you are welcome to also contact our Social Counselling for international students (international@swcz.de).

You have a technical problem in your dorm room?

Please contact your janitor in the dormitory directly, who can help you quickly and competently on site.

You would like to cancel or change your bank details?

Please send us the cancellation letter or the new bank details by E-mail to wohnen-chemnitz@swcz.de (e.g. as an attachment).

Your request is not yet listed and requires a personal meeting?
