Christmas dinner on December 16 and 17, 2025, in our Chemnitz cafeterias

Our cafeterias are filled with Christmas spirit!

The Chemnitz cafeterias will open on December 16, 2025.

On this day, you can choose between venison goulash with braised pointed cabbage and homemade bread dumplings or salmon fillet with a parmesan and walnut crust in a dill and white wine cream sauce served on green tagliatelle.

On December 17, 2025, there will be marinated duck breast with cranberry sauce, red cabbage with apples and bacon, and two green dumplings, as well as homemade beef roulade with green beans and pine cone croquettes.
