Menus

Our children are offered three meals a day. These are child-friendly, nutritionally balanced and rich in variety. All meals are prepared according to the DGE quality standards. Preference is given to low-fat and nutrient-rich cooking methods. Lunch is freshly prepared and delivered to us from our mensa on Reichenhainer Straße. Breakfast and Vesper are freshly prepared with love and care by our kitchen fairy. A selection of different beverages such as water, unsweetened tea and thinned juices is available to our children at all times. Several times a week, the children are also offered smoothies or milk drinks with their meals. In case of food allergies ans sensibilites, it is possible to order an individual alternative meal with a doctor's note. We pay great attention to religious preferences. For infants up to the age of 1, parents can bring porridge in a sealed jar or powdered milk for bottle feeding. This is then prepared for the child individually. For infants who are already eating our whole foods, the food will be pureed if needed.

Together we make sure that the meals take place in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The children help themselves according to their abilities and may decide independently what they would like to eat.

Monday:


Breakfast: Breakfast with savory & sweet.

Lunch: Veal meatballs or beet pancakes with basil sauce served with mashed potatoes with fresh parsley and carrot salad

Snack: Banana milkshake with baked goods

 

Tuesday:

Breakfast: breakfast with savory & sweet

Lunch: Potato soup with vegetables, poultry sausage or vegetable balls and fresh fruit

Snack: Egg-butter with chives and cucumber and orange juice

 

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Muesli, cornflakes, milk and fresh fruit

Lunch: Noodle-vegetable soup; yeast dumplings with vanilla sauce and plums

Snack: wholemeal bread with cheese, carrots and grapes

 

Thursday:

Breakfast: Breakfast with hearty & sweet dishes

Lunchtime: Vegetable croquettes "gardener's style" with herb curd dip and mixed vegetables served with boiled potatoes

Snack: Vanilla pudding with berry puree and canapés

 

Friday:

Breakfast: Breakfast with hearty & sweet dishes

Lunch: Fork spaghetti with cheese sauce, grated cheese and gruel salad

Snack: Wholemeal cookies with fruity strawberry puree and snacks

Breakfast of savory & sweet (breakfast) / chicken fricassee with carrots and peas, or soybean stew with carrots and peas served with risotto and fresh fruit (lunch) / mini milk roll and banana (snack)

 

Tuesday:

Breakfast of savory & sweet (breakfast) / Homemade potato pancakes with creamed mushrooms (lunch) / Whole grain bread with cheese, carrots and grapes (snack)

 

Wednesday:

Muesli, cornflakes, milk and fresh fruit (breakfast) / Lentil stew served with baguette slices and raspberry curd (lunch) / Chocolate cake with warm milk and canapés (snack)

 

Thursday:

Breakfast of savory & sweet (breakfast) / macaroni and vegetable bolognese with basil served with grated cheese and lettuce with dill (lunch) / cocoa and buttered roll (snack)

 

Friday:

Breakfast of savory & sweet (breakfast) / Pork schnitzel or cauliflower and cheese medallion with roast jus and fingerling carrots served with parsley potatoes (lunch) / Banana yogurt drink with whole grain filinette and canapé (snack)
