Menus

Our children are offered three meals a day. These are child-friendly, nutritionally balanced and rich in variety. All meals are prepared according to the DGE quality standards. Preference is given to low-fat and nutrient-rich cooking methods. Lunch is freshly prepared and delivered to us from our mensa on Reichenhainer Straße. Breakfast and Vesper are freshly prepared with love and care by our kitchen fairy. A selection of different beverages such as water, unsweetened tea and thinned juices is available to our children at all times. Several times a week, the children are also offered smoothies or milk drinks with their meals. In case of food allergies ans sensibilites, it is possible to order an individual alternative meal with a doctor's note. We pay great attention to religious preferences. For infants up to the age of 1, parents can bring porridge in a sealed jar or powdered milk for bottle feeding. This is then prepared for the child individually. For infants who are already eating our whole foods, the food will be pureed if needed.

Together we make sure that the meals take place in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The children help themselves according to their abilities and may decide independently what they would like to eat.

Monday:

Breakfast: Breakfast with savory & sweet.
Lunch: Scrambled eggs with fresh herbs and spinach served with boiled potatoes
Vesper: Various vegetable sticks with herb curd cheese

 

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Breakfast with hearty & sweet dishes
Lunch: Tie noodles with paprika cream sauce served with grated cheese and carrot salad
Snack: Wholemeal bread with cream cheese served with cucumber, tomato, kohlrabi

 

Wednesday:

Breakfast: cereal, cornflakes, milk and fresh fruit
Lunch: starter: tomato soup with rice; homemade pancakes with sugar and applesauce
Snack: baguette slices with butter and processed cheese served with tomato and cucumber

 

Thursday:

Breakfast: breakfast with savory & sweet
Lunch: Chicken dinos or vegetable patty with herb sauce and broccoli vegetables served with mashed potatoes with fresh parsley
Snack: vanilla pudding soup with fruit and canapés

 

Friday:

Breakfast: breakfast with savory & sweet
Lunch: Fish nuggets or baked camembert with herb curd dip and potatoes tossed in the pan
Snack: Wholemeal cookies and applesauce and canapés

Lunch: Meatballs or vegetable crispy cutlet with roast jus and pea vegetables served with homemade mashed potatoes
Vesper: Lemon cake and pastries served with milk and canapés

 

Tuesday:

Breakfast: breakfast with savory & sweet
Lunchtime: Starter soup: cream of corn soup; rice pudding with strawberries
Snack: Egg and butter sandwich with chives and cucumber served with orange juice

 

Wednesday:

Breakfast: cereal, cornflakes, milk and fresh fruit
Lunch: Macaroni with tomato sauce "Napoli" served with grated cheese and fruity Chinese cabbage salad
Snack: Banana milkshake with rusks and canapés


Thursday:

Breakfast: breakfast with savory & sweet
Lunch: Vegetarian cauliflower nuggets with ricotta dip served with vegetable stir-fry with small tossed summer potatoes
Snack: Raspberry fruit curd with whole wheat filinese and canapés

 

Friday:

Breakfast: breakfast with savory & sweet
Lunch: Potato pocket filled with cream cheese and colorful vegetables with cream served with risotto
Snack: Baguette slices with poultry sausage and fruit
