In the week from 06. to 08.12.2022, the Institute for German Studies and Intercultural Communication is organizing the "Environmental Week" in the refectory on Reichenhainer Straße, among other places.
Among other things, climate-friendly food such as chickpea balls "Falafel" on Moroccan spice fried rice with vegetables and mint soy yogurt sauce will be offered. Wednesday is themed "Veggie Wednesday" and offers exclusively a wide selection of meatless dishes. In addition, the fish offered on Thursday is MSC certified.
On Tuesday and Thursday, the NATUC (Department for Ecology and Sustainability) will be available in the foyer with important information about the environment and sustainability.
