Transparency Act

With the Saxon Transparency Act, which came into force on January 1, 2023, every person has the right to request access to information available from a body subject to transparency requirements, unless an exception applies. The Chemnitz-Zwickau Student Services Association is a body subject to transparency requirements.

As soon as the Saxon Transparency Platform is established on the Internet, no later than January 1, 2028, bodies subject to transparency requirements will also be obliged to publish the information specified in § 8 of the Saxon Transparency Act on this platform.
