Fisherman Fritz fishes fresh fish ...

From January 19 to 23, 2026, our cafeterias in Chemnitz will be hosting Fish Week. A special fish dish will be offered every day in the cafeterias. Among other things, fish burgers will be available in the cafeterias, and cafete⁵⁵ will be offering “liverolling” with a large selection of homemade sushi.
