From January 19 to 23, 2026, our cafeterias in Chemnitz will be hosting Fish Week. Every day, the cafeterias will offer a special fish dish, including fried haddock fillet, spaghetti alla vongole with mussels and shrimp, and cooked hoki fillet in parchment paper. The cafeterias will offer fish burgers, among other things, and cafete⁵⁵ will offer liverolling with a large selection of homemade sushi.
